One of the ways I want to work is to be able to create characters
and save them off so I could later include them in scenes.
To create a character, you would load in the base model. Below is
the base Victoria3 model. Doesn't look very realistic, does it?

To change the look of Victoria3, you would apply a "morph pose" to
her. There are many built-in morphs and you can buy additional morph
packs for Victoria3. Below are some eye morph injections for
Victoria3. If I select the head of Victoria3 and double click one of
the eye morphs, it places a new parameter on the Parameter Tab for
Victoria3's head.
For example, in the Parameter Tab for Victoria3's head, I adjusted
the “EyesSmall” morph dial to make Victoria3's eyes smaller and
the “EyesCornerDn” to raise the corner of her eyes. I can change
many other parameters for Victoria3 to give her a different look. In
fact, it's amazing how different you can make Victoria3 look just by
adjusting these parameters.
But it still doesn't look very realistic. Now we add some texture
to her. I do this by going back to the Content Tab and selecting a
texture to apply to Victoria. The texture that I selected is from
the “International Beauties” package I purchased from Daz Productions.

Wow! What a difference. Now it's beginning to look real.
You
can add hair and clothing to finish things up. Now I have a new
character and I can save it off by selecting "Save As.. Scene.." from the file
menu.
The cool thing is that many people have created really gorgeous
characters from the base models that you can purchase. It's fun looking over the product catalogs looking for new characters that others have created and finding one that would be just perfect for a character you have in mind for a story!
